Mindsets and Tools for Funding and Evaluating Collaborative Approaches to Systems Change

This event for funders is happening in tandem with a separate academy for network staff and leaders, with some sessions held jointly. The first day will focus on theories of evaluation, systems thinking, and network mapping. The second day will focus on navigating power and on the practice of evaluation. There is an optional third day, for funders and staff/members from the same network to dig deeper together on an issue they identify.

For more information contact the RE-AMP Network’s Strategic Director, Gail Francis (gail@reamp.org). Join the mailing list to receive updates about our Academies.

Who Should Apply

Who Should Apply?

Funders of networks

The word "network" can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people. At the academy, we will be helping those engaged in "Generative Social-Impact Networks." Don't worry if you aren't familiar with that term, what it means is that you fund the kind of network that is engaged in a complex problem, and that the members of the network develop relationships that allow them to adapt and change over time. Still aren't sure if that's the type of network you fund? Drop us a line.

People ready to dive deep and make changes

The Academy will be hard work. We will ask you to come prepared, stay present, try new ways of thinking, be open about challenges, and support each other. The Academy won't only be work, though. The food is great, the location is beautiful, the breaks are long enough to actually break, and the people are fantastic.

Optional Intensive Workshop

If you would like to go deeper together with some staff or members of the network you are funding, we invite you to apply for the third day of the Academy, where we will design a workshop specific to your area of interest. You will be able to apply after completing the application for the first two days. If you would like more information, contact Gail Francis.
